Siv Engström-Svenson
Siv Ulla Margareta Engström-Svenson, född 7 juni i Lindesberg, är en svensk målare, tecknare och grafiker.
Engström-Svensson utbildade sig vid Grafikgruppen i Örebro och Umeå samt för flera olika Örebrokonstnärer under talen, men räknar sig själv som autodidakt. Hon har förutom i Sverige deltagit i utställningar i Norge, Danmark, Frankrike och Italien. År arrangerades en retrospektiv utställning på Örebro Läns Museum. Bland hennes offentliga arbeten märks utsmyckning för Rådhuset och Turistbyrån i Örebro, Lindesbergs lasarett, Vivalla fritidsgård och kvarteret Gillet i Örebro.
Hennes konst består av interiörer, landskap, stadsbilder och blomsterstilleben i naivistisk stil.
Engström-Svensson är representerad vid Nationalmuseum[2], Moderna museet[3], Nordiska museet, Örebro läns museum[4], Jönköpings läns museum, Västerbottens museum, Örebro läns landsting[5], Stockholms kommun, Örebro kommun och Umeå kommun.

Throughout her career, Siv was actively involved in numerous charitable and fund-raising events. She was particularly dedicated to the “Save the Children Fund,” for which she organized, the always anticipated, annual Christmas Fayre at the London base. She had a wide range of intellectual interests and pursuits. She studied kinesisk Philosophy as well as classical music and the theater. Siv also had a gift for languages. She was fluent in Swedish, English, German, French, and Spanish. She was kind and always ready to share her knowledge of her profession. Siv was a very spiritual person and would take anyone who needed her under her wing.
