    Sveriges Ingenjörer är en svensktfackförbund samt intresseorganisation till högskoleutbildade ingenjörer inom Saco. Förbundet besitter cirka medlemmar och existerar Sacos näst största förbund.[1] Sveriges Ingenjörer nyttjar Engineers of Sweden som sitt engelska namn.

    Sveriges Ingenjörer arbetar för god kompetens-, löne- och professionsutveckling för sina medlemmar. Förbundet ska stärka högskoleutbildade ingenjörers konkurrenskraft, ge medlemmarna individuellt stöd samt som arbetsmarknadspart föra deras talan. Centralt i förbundets arbete såväl gentemot medlemmarna som inom opinionsbildning existerar synen vid ingenjörer samt deras kritisk betydelse till Sveriges varor för utland och inhemska industri samt välfärdsutveckling.

    Förbundet tecknar kollektivavtal på cirka 80 branschområden. Kollektivavtalen reglerar arbetsvillkor, påverkar lönebildning samt samverkan arbetstagare och arbetsgivare emellan.
