Ska du hyra ut din lägenhet i andrahand eller har du funderingar kring om du får ha en inneboende? Här hittar du bland annat information och blanketter för andrahandsansökan.

Andrahandsuthyrning

Det finns möjlighet att hyra ut din bostad i andrahand, om du till exempel ska studera utomlands eller bli provsambo med din partner. För att hyra ut din lägenhet i andrahand behöver du fylla i en utav blanketterna nedan. Ansökan sker skriftligt och behöver lämnas in till oss senast en månad före planerad uthyrning.

Både du som hyr ut din lägenhet och du som ska hyra lägenheten i andrahand behöver uppfylla boendekraven för att vara boende hos oss. Det innebär att ni båda behöver bedriva aktiva studier vid Chalmers Tekniska Högskola eller Göteborgs Universitet, inneha ett aktivt medlemskap i studentkåren vid ditt universitet samt uppfylla studiekravet.

När du lämnar in din ansökan är vår handläggningstid cirka fyra veckor. Du behöver få ett godkännande från oss för att hyra ut din bostad i andrahand. Under den sista delen av din hyresperiod finns inte en möjlighet att hyra ut din lägenhet i andrahand.

Student room

In a corridor room, a room with its own toilet and shower is included, but you share a kitchen and dining area with other students.

If you rent a student room in a collective apartment or double apartment, you also have a shared toilet and shower.

Only one person is allowed to live in our student rooms.

Good to know before you book this type of accommodation is that there is a shared responsibility to keep clean and tidy in all common areas. You are expected to clean the kitchen after you have cooked, recycle and take care of your waste. You are responsible for keeping your shelf clean in the fridge and kitchen cabinets.     Studentbostäder i Norden AB has the following requirements to be able to rent a lärjunge housing from them:

     

    You're going to:
    • Be a full-time lärling during your stay, i.e. studies comprising at least 30 credits per
    semester of which you must pass at least 15 credits per semester, at university,
